Still pinching?

I havent for a while , I got into a altercation at work while holding down a psych patient and really hyper extended my right thumb, im feeling alot better now thought so maybe ill see where im at this weekend since im off.

Holds for time each hand im getting to about 28.5lbs without maxing out

Its been quite some time since any real grip workout, my thumb felt fine after pinching, and no skin tears either. I need to incoporate more grip back into things now that the thumb is rehabed.

Good numbers, glad to see some pinching goin in these days!

Ill get my numbers back up, it wont take too long, I just need to concentrate, there will also be more time now that there is less grass to cut.

12 hours night shift and then Planet Fitness. Working my way back into it, I think I've missed about two weeks of working out now due to working and football and having a family.

No squats today DJD flaring up in the lumbar so I didn't want to push it since I've had so much time off.

Leg extensions and leg curls super setted

4 sets of 20to25 each

Yesterday

Home workout

eliptical 3to4 min then soup can dumbell one arm bent lat pulls 70 lbs , 6 reps each side. I think I repeated this 4 times.

hey also my sons team won the 1st round or the playoffs. Hes doing so well this season as usual. Starting freshman full back on the varsity squad. First one ever. 5'9" 207 lbs, hes a real bad ass!

also my 11 year olds team went undefeated with only 12

points scored on them all season!

very proud of both of these boys

Busy schedule

Been taking too much time off due to work , football, and family.

The boys did good this year my 5th graders team was undefeated even with two rematches , Parris my 207lb 9th grader playing starting varsity fullback went to the second round of the playoffs and ended up losing by 4 points. But the boys have a great season I'm really proud of them. My name is great it was in the newspaper every Saturday and on television every Friday night and all through the week during the whole football it is really cool to see him on TV playing football.

Anyway :

Picked up an IM hub from Josh O'Dell , never tried one before so I'm curious what I can do I don't even know any technique so I'm going to have to watch some videos does anyone have any suggestions along with links?

heading to work now for 12 hour night shift maybe I'll go to the gym in the morning

yea really it's non stop running around, CA actually has laws to protect me a little from overdoin it, but it hasent caught on here yet.

today I officially feel old I went to the gym with my 15 year old son and I wasn't able to keep up with him doing bench press, we were doing the same weight and reps I feel like I've done good with him and I'm very proud.
