Super strong! Congrats!

How do you train grippers?

Thanks, I just started Jedd Johnson's CBT, but previously I was doing a homebrewed program. I was doing two gripper sessions a week. Light day was 3x20 wide set reps on the #1, heavy day was 3x5 wide set reps on the #2 and maybe some heavy singles. I added 1 rep to each set every week. I stopped when I got to 3x30@#1 and 3x15@#2, then I started with 3x5 on my #2.5.

Excellent

Thanks!

Congrats

Thank you!

Yeah, if my set hadn't taken so long and I had used the nose tork the first time, I might have closed it.

Congrats next up mm3

Haha, yeah, I might try and hit that in a month or two.

Killing grippers quick. Great job!

Thanks, it will slow down a bit since I will have to train for the next ones.

Awesome strength! Well done buddy

Thanks!

Thanks, I was listening to The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. This was their 4th album: Danza IIII: The Alpha - The Omega

Congrats!

Thank you!

Squeezus, are the reps normal reps or overcrushes?

They were just normal reps. I did very little static hold work, but that's what worked for me.

simple and yet apparently very effective for you! thanks for sharing. Maybe I'll give it a try :)

I bought my first grippers a couple years ago. I started training in earnest probably about a year or a year and a half ago. Before that, I was really inconsistent and would work with them once a month or so.
