Back In The Game!

that was a good video. im a huge fan of volume work and will tell anyone that wants to get strong to do it. so based on that i approve. however, once you need to start cheating the work out should be over. when you have to cheat you are either A). running out of steam or B) out of your league. when you push through even when you are tired, you get sloppy. when you get sloppy you raise your chances of an injury. injury with nails can be real bad, putting a nail through your hand sucks, ask me how i know :) plus you loosly wrapped those nails, huge no-no. you will notice in my posts im all about safety and being healthy. ive had every injury known to bending twice, and dont want to see anyone go through what i did.

Hell of a training session to get back in the game! Volume work is tough on the hands!

Wow great session man!

I agree with E.J. that safety is top priority but that said let me also say that was some real good determination at the end there! Cheated....I guess so....but still darn tough on the hands!

Can't wait to see more!
