Wanted to experiment with some holds:

65kg-10sec, 65kg-8sec, 65kg-7sec

These felt pretty good, I think I'll try and keep them in the rotation if I see strength gains from them.

Finally got the bar low in my sweetspot for the backsquats Tom, just wanted to say that carefully watching your squatvids helped me a lot. Keep up your good work bro. Now feeling a drastic difference in squat movement and basic squatstrength.
