Nags Scores Volunteers

Andrew P

Recommended Posts

I'm resigning from keeping the scores up to date on the NAGS site for contests. Without getting into details I just don't have the time or energy to keep up with this anymore. I'll enter in the contests that I promote but we need some volunteers to keep the system up to date.

I did a few in the past, I'd have to check with Aaron on access to the database - don't have my old user/pw. My time is very limited so it might take a bit of a turnaround, but I'm available to help keep this ship afloat.

I also used to have access to the site and the ability to update and add information. I'll see if I can dig up my password.

Attention to detail would be the main requirement. The interface is very simple.

Ok. I am using Mac most of time so though if that makes any difference. I can pay attention for good cause.

Should not make any difference since it is all done through a browser. Never tested interface with Safari but it works fine with chrome, IE, and Firefox.

Anyone interested in helping out with this should contact me directly via PM or email for login accts. and details. The interface was designed to be used by each promoter running a comp to enter their own scores and then be checked in by an admin but lets just say there has been significantly less than 100% adoption by promoters running comps doing this. That is why we are asking for volunteers to enter the scores when comps occur. Additionally not being fluent in English should not be an issue. Google translate is integrated into the management interface pages for those who might need it.

Thanks,

Aaron
