Dropped it to intended target weight 110kg x 6 reps then dropped again to 60kg/132lbs x 20 reps  Flexed quads just cos I wore shorts lol Bwt: 315lbs

      Two days and wake up before Maryland's Strongest Hands.  And I'm finding it difficult to take time away from grip training this week. For example, Tuesday I really wanted to take some grippers to work after the conversation I had at lunch on Monday...but it didn't seem like a good time for an informal demonstration/competition.  🤪 And that night, we had the Scouts doing tug-of-war as one of our activities...but I skipped the "boys versus dads" rounds because I knew that rope would fry my hands.  😕 So I'm stuck mentally strategizing and visualizing my lifts.  Not nearly as fun as actually lifting...🙄

      Thanks. it was.. we are always helping each other. Like you said I'm going to use them on my short loading pin so I get more ROM.   This morning   Plate Curls 2 sets 20lbs (2 10lbsplates)x5  both hands 20lbs plate 1x5  Both hands   Mixed it up the and tried  2  10lbs standards where easier than 1 20lbs because they are smaller...  Plate curls felt great this week. Really making progress   Sledge curls 12" 3 sets of 5 both hands Rear Levers 20" 3 sets of 5 both hands Pronation and supination 8" x5 9"x5 9"x5 both hands   Some light work with chest expander  Chest Krusher 4 springs 10,8,6,4   Sidetwister and extensor bands       Was going to do Saturdays workout today aswell. But I dont have time. Got some last minute things to do before I leave.

      Nothing new, just staying consistent  SG copper filed RGC 116 ccs x3 coc 2.5 RGC 123 ccs x1 SG iron RGC 141 parallel x1 SG Platinum filed RGC 128 parallel x2   Finished my session off with the pony pinch and some pinky pad work with a light resistance band everytime I look at my collection I get the itch to to buy more 😅 staying disciplined to train is easy, staying disciplined to not splurge, not so much

      Pull Day (yesterday) Kept it pretty chill partly since I didn’t want any deadlift recovery issues for Monday and partly because I spent my workout time cutting and grinding steel😂 Started with a superset of pull-ups and stiff leg deadlifts with 203 lb kettlebell. Three rounds of 5 reps each.    Then came inside and did meek swings, 50 reps normal and then two sets of 20 with my pinkies off the end.  Last was a set of 12 each side with a 95 pound barbell row and that was all she wrote.   Not a lot of weights lifted, but a lot of steel cut and grinded. I made an O-1 drill rod 7” barehand progression from C-K and cut thr bars for today and Mondays sessions plus a few random cuts I’d been meaning to get to!
