Sunami
As a VERY new person to grip training, is there a collection of videos somewhere that shows some of the basic techniques for different types of grip training? I am following the Grip Workout for Beginners that was posted as a stickie - THANK YOU FOR THAT BTW! Is there any place that shows the different techniques for different types of training and competitions? I have been googling to make sure that I am doing the 2 hand pinch lifts, etc. correctly. Thanks!
Jedd Johnson
I have hundreds of technical video at www.TheGripAuthority.com. It's not free, but it isn't expensive either. $7 for a trial membership and $17 per month to stay on. I am a sponsor of the board. I also run Diesel Crew. I design workouts for the members, do more instructional videos to help members, I have articles, workout-of-the-month. The entire site is Grip related, including Grip Sport, Grip training for sports, Bending and other feats, and 100% of it is member-driven content, meaning I produce it based on what the members need to improve their training. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions on it.
Sunami
Hi Jedd! Yes, Amy Wattles told me you helped her do so well and I have seen some of your videos on you tube. Great - good to know! Thanks, Sue
climber511
There are lots of videos out there if you dig around for days or weeks but Jedd is the "one stop shop" for all things Grip. He has a ton more experience actually doing the "how to" videos than anyone - you won't be sorry learning from him.

I've watched a ton of Jedd's videos on Youtube and purchased his Lift the Blob, Crush, and High Impact Grip Training DVDs. Jedd's tips and techniques have definitely helped me get much further a lot faster.
