dlewis8589
Nice bend bud! Gonna be awesome to watch your progress in bending. Question, how do you plan on balancing grippers and bending? Their both pretty hand taxing
Anthony C.
Nice bend bud! Gonna be awesome to watch your progress in bending. Question, how do you plan on balancing grippers and bending? Their both pretty hand taxing Thanks man! Feels good to have all this support here. Well, I'm not really gonna be going crazy with bending...yet. I plan on doing some light bends after workouts to just get my technique and form down good, and then after I cert the MM0 (if I ever do), I'm gonna go nuts and attempt to get the red nail. Keep in mind this is all just a simple plan, and we all know how plans tend to unfold lol.

(in case you dunno how to check the level.) I must've read that page at least a dozen times over the last couple of years. I still get my levels mixed up when I use the Vulcan. Damn...well if i'm right in determining the level, then it was a measly 7 lol. Although once i set the monster it was easy. Damn that sucker is hard to set. jvance
Anthony, work some thin pinching into your routine. Go for volume not weight, thin pinching stimulates the extensors better than bands and helps balance things out. Plus thin pinch has great carryover to medium width pinching, helps develop natural tension in your hand in the pinch position. Think of beyond the range overcrush with grippers.
Anthony C.
You killed it bro, Thanks man, it felt good to be leg pressing over a thousand with solid, deep reps. But I only used the leg press because all 3 squat racks were taken. It's a workout in itself just loading the damn plates onto that thing. Hey jon, Sounds interesting. How thin should I go? Can I do like 2 tens and then loop a rope through the holes and add weight that way? Should i do like hand to hand passes and what not?
