French press

48 kg 3x8

Bending DO

nj nail s8 x2 imp

Bending reverse

nj nail s8 im+suede(about 30 degrees)

Getting back into bending is very tough i got cramps trying to put the bar in position and my left palm is still sore.

I bought nj nails from manus grip a couple of months ago;the s8 is a little longer than a red so (for me )is not easy to put the bar high.

they are very comparable but crushing a s8 is easier than a red.

Okokok :) should be easier for me to kink it aswell then, I have no problem getting the nail high. :)

Deadlift

Pinch

many lift with the 20 kg block both hands(without rest)

Bending reverse

some warm up sets with wd

nj s8 (im+suede) to almost 90 degrees

Reverse bending is going great next week i will try a red.

Been to busy to update here anyhow hit deadlift and some reverse bending yesterday.

Deadlift

52 kg 2x20

92 kg 2x12

Reverse bending(im pads +light suede)

nj nail s8x3(almost to 90 degrees)

red nail(about 20-25 degrees)

I am thinking to send a certification video for the ghp 7 very soon;never tried to rep my ghp 7 calibrated by cannon at 155 lbs.

Did some light chest and shoulder training yesterday.

Incline bench press

Felt very tired during this workout but it wasnt a surprise seen that i am not sleeping enough due to the school.Hopefully next week will be better.

Have you tried filing your coc3 to reach coc3,5? or maybe file a BB Elite?

Talking about filing grippers i never tried this kind of training;i prefer using many grippers with small increments.

As the matter of fact who in hell can add 5 pounds to his bench every week?and this is even more important with small muscles like forearms.

Feeling very comfortable doing overhead press after incline seen that my shoulders are really warmed up in this way;

First time using my new rehband elbow sleeves and i can say they are a great piece of equipment,i felt no pain during french press that is one of the most dangerous thing for elbows.

I got very strong in frenchpress like 8 years ago, overdid it and I still cant do frenchpress or exercises similar to it. After both elbows got injured I stopped training for 6 years :(

Man that sucks!!!Glad to see that you can train nowadays.

Have you done heavy singles,doubles or triples on the french press?

Nah I did 6-12 reps when I did it. Got really really big triceps and I got strong.

I did like 4 reps on 75kg when I was at my best I think.

I trained heavy all the time and never took time off or trained lighter. Always heavy and to failure.

I got greedy and wanted even bigger triceps and then I started having pain and problems but I didnt stop when the nagging pain came along.

One day it got so bad that I couldnt even do benchpress etc.

I tried cold/warm baths, cooling gel, massage, resting and so forth but it never healed up fully.

Young and dumb. Thats the way the cockie crumbles hahaha

Now adays I can do bardips, close grip benchpress and to some extent pushdowns for triceps.

Thats it. All the other exercises hurt the back of my elbow.

Pressing is no problem at all tho :)

Luckily I can bend steel without having problems.

I dont care for big muscles anymore. I only want to be strong!

Bad day,i was off during the entire workout i got some red nail in Im +suede some coc 3 close and some clean and jerk with the 20 kg block weight;

hope next week will be better.

Right now i am working with a bent bar I now that sounds crazy but i have no choice.

I will buy a decent bar with olimpic palates ver soon.

Hit some deadlift an bending today.

IM pad 6 inches red nail x1

IM +suede 6.75"x9mm bolt HUGE PR(this thing felt impossible in the past but today was pretty easy)

Some levering work.

I emailed to FBBC to buy some stock but they did not answer to me;i think i can take down 6 inches bastard pretty easily.
