I was sent a Wrist Wrench to review for my YouTube Channel. Great tool.

Hard tendon training right there, takes me a bit to recover when I train it. Good strong numbers for both of you and nice review!

Jedd, does that handle hold chalk, or is it more like a RT handle? Were you and Lukes numbers the same on the wrist wrench as they were on the home made version?

Definitely a much different texture; much more gritty than the sch 80 pipe that I used to make the replica. I would consider it very comparable to the homemade on just a different feeling in the hand, especially weight because the replica is much heavier which I tend to like. Either way great idea and invention!!

Thanks Luke. Since you've been training with it, have you seen carry over to the inch?

They dropped quite a bit. I'm over 100 on the replica. However, we also did thick bar work prior to the review video. Fresh, who knows. The WW handle is grittier, but it doesn't seem to make it easier than the replica. I think the replica feels a bit wider in my hand. The inch is slightly larger in circumference.

Glad you guys like the review video. Please feel free to share it.

Should work wonders for RT too.

It would seem so. I'd need to do more training with it and compare, but it makes total sense.

I just made one out spare parts I had laying around in my garage.

God damn they are hard to lift, even alittle weigh feels heavy :D

Jedd, what weight on the wrench do think would equal the inch?

I don't know bro. I'm sure it's just like the RT. It's gonna vary between people.

I could lift 100 on our replica, which is slightly easier that the real thing, and obviously, I can lift the Inch.

I forget how much I got on the actual wrist wrench by now.

100lbs on the real thing is probably a good round-about guess.

I think it will help me with my recovery and strength; 100 lbs is huge but as close as possible ;;; self-fight equal to the sword
