Got some air right hand and think I got a lock out with my left. Either way it's a PR

Big congrats, Tom! That is a very solid pull man. What's your bodyweight? A big step closer to the CTD goal.

Thanks Ben! I'm about 225lbs right now. Hoping if I stick with it long enough I'll get to the CTD

You'll definitely get there if you stick with it. Looks like your workout routine is paying excellent dividends. I figured you were around 225lbs, but I was curious anyway. Bodyweight doesn't matter too much on RT, unless you're super light weight - like 135lbs. Then I think it really does make a difference on the road to 200lbs on the RT.

Up almost 4# in a month with a better lockout! That's huge gains on the RT! Keep grinding dude!

Yeah I think hand length is a bigger factor than weight, my hands are under 8", a little bigger 7 3/4"

Nice lift, man! Where can I find the guide on whether to use chalk or hot breath on my hands when lifting various things? I always used chalk before, but I keep seeing stout dudes blowing on their hands before doing big lifts.

It depends on the implement, but my hands dry out easily so blowing in them helps give them some moisture which helps on the plastic rolling thunder handle.

Thanks for the support Bob, your inch lifts inspired me to stick with a goal and train it until that goal is achieved!
