I guess we'll have to keep the dog away from the equipment at the comp, since the NAGS rules states only chalk is allowed (unless we get a waiver for dog saliva). Yesterday I managed: Swiss bar OHP: 125# 4x5 Pull Ups: 5, 12, 10 Today I was sick again - some stomach thing. Swiss OHP: 175# 5 x 3 < didn't feel as stable as it should, but it has been a 2 weeks since I dealt with this weight Fast DL Work: Oly bar, sumo, 225# & Chains 2 x 10 < working this up slowly,as I had froze my hip up a couple weeks ago.
