Make The Blob Harder To Lift

As I laid out in my Blob Lifting eBook: How to Lift the Blob, there are many ways to make your Blob HARDER to lift in order to trigger more improvement in your open hand pinching strength.

I began using another way recently, placing a suede bending wrap over the Blob and pinching through it.

I always like to keep block weight work of some sort in my training, and you can bet this method is staying in there for a while.

Jedd - this is something I did a few years back with a "Shamwow" on a humid day in MN.

If I recall I got the idea from Mobster who used to do this with a towel and the Inch DB.
