Awesome

I've been really busy with school and work but I will definitely try to make it to this contest again. Glad to see another contest in california again. Clay nearly lifted a little over 80lbs without a warmup on the hub last time I saw him so will be great to see him do this event also. Still don't have anything but the hub but I remember the events being very simple and quick so I'm looking forward to it. I imagine we will see some records especially in the lighter weight classes.

Is this open to the public or do you have to qualify like for nationals?

Who plans on competing in the 66kg and 59kg class? I'm just trying to plan out how many metals to have engraved before the contest. I can have them engraved post contest but then they wont ship out as fast. I'm hoping to avoid last year when I ended up with a couple metals for classes we didn't have competitors in. :)

Wow is this a new record for number of venues competing for a contest? Well done Eric for getting so much excitement behind your contest and promoting it so well.

I'm not sure if it's a record. If not, it must be close!

It's really nice to see so many people interested in taking part.

Andrew Pantke, co-lead promoter of the event, deserves a lot of the credit. He reached out to me about doing the competition again this year and is taking care of all of the awards and the scoring tabulation.

Great logo, would make a great shirt also.

Are we doing IPF lockout for the axle deadlift or still just knee lockout bar above the knee? I think I remember juha mentioning wanting to go with IPF but not sure how the rules were going to be.

Is Igor Kupinckiy going to host it again in ukraine? He put up some huge numbers last year on the axle and would be cool to see him challenge andrew again. Was unsure why his lifts were not on the gripsport top 50 list also.
