Coc # 3 8.5 Reps

Haven't really worked grippers much at all since end of april. So this was first workout with them since then really other then grabbing them when bored at home and squeezing a #3 for a rep once in awhile. Kind of have neglected grip recently last few weeks so want to bring this up some along with pinch-have a hub coming-. Have the mm#1 coming soon so wanted to see where I"m at so I think it should go down.

This was my 2nd set did 3 sets of high volume with the #3 going to stick with volume a bit before move up higher. Most of them were 20mm range wanted to work mmset but kind of didn't judge them that well. Probably wont do gripper work again till get that gripper but will work some thickbar and pinch.

Nothing huge but haven't lost that much strength which is nice. Probably couldn't close my 3.5 right now so want to work back up to that for sure.

Great work Stephen. I never do high reps except for warms up. I might have to try this. You got me curious how many reps I can do with a #3.

Thanks guys

Great work Stephen. I never do high reps except for warms up. I might have to try this. You got me curious how many reps I can do with a #3.

I'm sure you could get probably 20 or more with strict form. My best ever close is 175 gripper and I'm not at that strength now and you can do a 190+ gripper so that is a big difference.

If you did mini reps very high I bet.

Record it if you ever wanted to try would be cool to see.

I don't know if the high volume is that great but I want to condition them for gripper training again since it does tax my hands more then anything else other then maybe no wrap bending.
