Ivan Beritashvili
Oh Hannes...A barehand certification on 95 kilo bar. 7" by 7 mm of toughest CRS, at Mike Krahling's calibration system this bar is about 280 lbs.The ease with which he completed the band of a bar (in 28 seconds) which is tougher of "certifyable" 90 kg astonished me. I was little upset, thinking maybe we established low benchmarks...? But then I have remembered that it is Hannes Kainz and such things are normal.Hannes we heartily congratulate you on a massive bend!!

Buccos1
Awesome job! Barehanded bends are nasty with almost any short stock.
king crusher
Okay so that's how you do a bar barehanded. I was picturing double overhand and it tearing into the palms. Awesome.

Mike Sharkey
Hannes it is great to see you my man. Very nice bend, from you its no surprise. I don't think people can really comprehend how painful this is and you did it with ease. Congrats too on your success in Arm Wrestling. Pretty awesome stuff. Hannes Kainz
Thanks guys for congrats! That was a cool bend for sure. But i think there are still a few guys out there, to duplicate this! Ist a honer to be the first to cert on Irongripworld! They do hard work for grip and bending, and that is real good! This bend was to support our sport. Ill try to hold a good bending level, but my focus is to armwrestle!
