I asked Odd Haugen if the website is correct, and he said it was: Rolling Thunder Apollon's Axle Silver Bullet Hold for time IronMind Hub The 4th event had been the Little Big Horn. There is yet a "4th" Fit Expo in August in Anaheim (LA was the 1st, then San Jose, then Chicago just recently, now Anaheim), and Haugen thought that it would be the first three events, plus some type of Medley.
