IvanYastrebov
Does it have any sence to train with it? I mean in grip strength progress?

jvance
it is a great isometric, however, if you're getting 20 or 30 plus seconds with a 3... you might wanna move up to the 3.
Stephen Ruby
Couldn't you add more weight also?
CANCRUSHER
From my experience its not a great training tool seen that doesn't allow you to train the final part of the crush(the hardest). It can be a funny event in competitions or while you are training with friends but nothing more. Strapholds are a complete different world.
John McCarter
Couldn't you add more weight also? Yep, if you don't feel like moving up on grippers, more weight will do the trick.
Joey_grips
Ive found its helped me build arm endurance over lengthy holds. My shoulders feel great lol. I also think its aided with over-crushing strength. I enjoy using silver bullet strap holds in a drop set fashion. Good fun
