Today:

1-arm DB OHP: 83# 12 x 5 < yes that's 12 sets of 5 reps, bh

TTK-like device: up to 25# (hi, lo) x 3 x 5 < knuckle bruise is feeling better after a number of weeks, so once it's 99%, will start moving this up in volume.

No. But I guess it won't matter if I do, if he licks it anyway. I guess we'll have to keep the dog away from the equipment at the comp, since the NAGS rules states only chalk is allowed (unless we get a waiver for dog saliva). :sick:

So for the past 2 weeks, I was sick with a cold & then bronchitis/pneumonia.

Yesterday I managed:

Swiss bar OHP: 125# 4x5

Pull Ups: 5, 12, 10

Today I was sick again - some stomach thing. I hope I get this all out of my system, so I get a good 4 weeks to train before the cactus grip comp.

Grippers: worked up to SM Adjust, 5 x 9 < getting close to increasing the RGC of the gripper soon

Dynamic Bench: 135# & grey bands, 3 x 3 x 3

Inch DB negatives: 5 each hand, then some with the gracie db

Band Bench: grey bands; 135# 3 grips x 3 x 3

Ab Wheel - did a couple sets of around 15 reps

Grippers: worked up to 5 x 10 bh on the SM Adj. After that, I moved the handles up the spring a smidgen.

Swiss OHP: 175# 5 x 3 < didn't feel as stable as it should, but it has been a 2 weeks since I dealt with this weight

Fast DL Work: Oly bar, sumo, 225# & Chains 2 x 10 < working this up slowly,as I had froze my hip up a couple weeks ago.

Slow DL Work: Axle, conv, 395# 2 x 5

That's it for today. May do some sled work, and some shoulders tomorrow.
