His long time training ,coaching ability,huge strength, and pinpoint research in strength and grip history make David and his work a priceless gift. He has done it all and achieved success for over a quarter of a century. If ever there was an important work to be supported and used to supplement the knowledge and richness of grip it is the Gripopoaedia. 1stCoC Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 (edited) I was given the E-book section #7 of David Horne's review of the history , use and equipment associated with the Inch Bell and it's ongoing adjusting and colorful creator. Fascinating reading all the info to be able to look in depth into the man , his dealings, motive ,and the real lifting OR non lifting done with the Bells we associate his name with. History is not always in a neat , tidy package but, the many specific dates ,poundages, shapes , people present ( or not) and the pictures or lack of them sure paints a clear picture of that episode in Strength and Iron History.
