Chin Up -W/50Lbs

Bodyweight@175lbs

First day trying weighted chins, felt pretty close to my max.

I will probably invest in a pull up/dip station in the near future.

Ultimately a one arm chin up is the goal, but that's a ways down the road.

I think that is your classic clothesline set up. Good chin David! Looked like you had more.

looks like you can also practice balance on that thing if you manage to get on top!

Nice work Mitts. I bet you'd do even better if the bar were higher and you could keep your legs vertical. For some reason that gives me more power.

Thanks Evan! Yeah like Cannon said it's just the clothesline set up, didn't measure but it's got to be around 4" dia. Yeah going for the one arm should be fun but it's a feat I would really like to obtain! Already been looking at different dip/pull up stations. I feel I will make better work with a regular size bar.

Yeah I'm not a fan of how low it is,I'm looking to get a new set up so yeah I'm pretty excited about that.. Thanks for checking it out!
