I will probably invest in a pull up/dip station in the near future. Ultimately a one arm chin up is the goal, but that's a ways down the road. Yeah like Cannon said it's just the clothesline set up, didn't measure but it's got to be around 4" dia. Yeah going for the one arm should be fun but it's a feat I would really like to obtain!
