Seth, righ now I'm still squating 4 days a week, I haven't been doing the 20 reps since then, right now I'm doing lots of tripples, see my log, I update it often

Have you seen any gains in chest size since starting this program?

I'm sure I documented it somewhere, but I think that I had went from 225 to 240, I did make gains in my chest but I never took measurements

no not really I was just trying to add some weightI mean gain some weight I'll be starting up another day program uh probably next monthwhen I start my new shift at work I'll be back on schedule right now I'm getting up at 5 a.m. And working all day and its really killing me to work that much or that early I mean
