August Of Arms

In 2014, I led a "social media thing" that I called August of Arms. The idea was something I came up with in the car with my friend Brad Martin. The plan was to train Arms every day during August.

I successfully trained Arms every day that month and put nearly an Inch of mass on my arms over the course of August, and several other lifters saw similar progress, ranging from half an inch to an inch, but some saw even more improvement.

I was contacted by many people during the month that they needed a program to follow. Some got sick of doing all the same stuff, some just couldn't come up with enough stuff to stay committed.

So, this year, I've spent the better part of a month working on the August of Arms program. It's complete with 69 different exercises, a full month's training laid out from day 1 to day 31, exercise demonstrations, contests, and more.

If you want to build bigger arms, this method of specialization is proven to work.

Pick it up NOW, so you're ready when Saturday rolls around: http://dieselcrew.com/august-of-arms.htm

Thanks and all the best.

Jedd,

Are you continuing your gripper training during August of Arms? I only realized today that gripper training may have to take a backseat to my arm enlargement. Great program so far!

I didn't train grippers last week, because I was on vacation, but now that I am back, I totally plan on getting back on track with all my gripper training.

Thanks and good luck with everything. Let me know if you have any questions.
