I just remembered. jonathon mcmillan(SP?) competed at the old GGC. I don't believe he has been back since it was organized into the championship format we now use. Jedd?

Oh, that's right. That's how I remember it, for what it's worth.

He came to either 07 or 08 when it was held at The Edge. I believe it was called Nationals by then.

Okay then. I'll settle for being the second one. :)

How much was your flight? Mine was $510. Better than the $600 last time I went.

I'm probably gonna drive up. I never loved flying, but here recently have grown to detest it. My little Yaris should get about 40 on the highway. And good gas mileage, too. :laugh

I paid $430. Originally when I was pricing flights, it was $360, but I dawdled and it went up $70.

Nice price. Yeah the airline websites seem to know when to jack tghe price up. When I went two years ago I had the flights in the website shopping cart but I delayed 15 min before paying the bill. They "re-calculated" the latest price which happened to be $100 more all of a sudden. What a scam. 15 min cost me $100 because they knew I was staring at that flight.

Looking forward to seeing you there. Looks like a big crowd this year. Awesome

Will a list of the medley implements and feats be provided before the contest? I'm specifically curious if phonebooks will be included.

I will put the list of medley items together this weekend. I doubt a phonebook will be included due to the high expected attendence. We will have a reverse bend, but I'll get into as many details as possible on the list.

I assume there's a registration fee and form we have to fill out?

Thanks for the list, Andrew.

Have you timed this? Is it possible to attempt all elements in 4 minutes? It doesn't seem like a very long time to complete 58 lifts.

Epic medley! Thanks, Andrew.

One question: how far down the 8 pound hammer will the front or rear of the hand be, measured from the bottom of the head (side closest your hand)? Thanks.
