My max at that time was 375 for a full back squat. What I am doing now is trying to get my partial squat close to 900 lbs and then I want to go back to full squatting to see what the indirect transfer is. I have another exercise I just started working on: the "One Shoulder Squat" (which I think is its technical name) which I am going to video whenever I can get my stupid camera to work. That consists of me loading the barbell onto one shoulder and squatting it like a shouldered barrel. I hope to post that one next week, as several people have asked to see it.
