I like the axle pressing!! What inspired you to use that bar instead?

Thanks! It feels more natural in my hands and has a fun element to it.

My USAPL meet in San Antonio yesterday went really went. I made all 7 of my attempts. As always, I lifted raw, and weighed at 214:

Squat 501
Bench 303 (was good for more-but crazy long pauses)
Deadlift 600

I'll upload a vid when I get home.

Wow congrats man. There are some guys here who make me feel I am just messing around in my training and I am meaning this in a positive way for myself as motivation. You seem to be so consistent in terms of lifting and have the most pound for pound strength. Said this also to Tom Scibelli a while ago, he's also a very consistent and strong guy, I really enjoy seeing this kind of stuff.

I really appreciate the compliment! And yes, Tom Scibelli is a beast. He put up some very impressive numbers at Raw Nationals back in October!

Strong deadlift Eric!

Thanks, David! And even though my deadlift is better than my squat, I was most proud of the 501 squat. I've never done it before raw, and to be able to finally do it at age 48 while weighing "only" 214 was a great feeling.
