been a while since I had a serious training session. Between a reno and coaching football I haven't had much time to train. Mainly been doing blob50 lifts, log press and prowler when i have time.

Tonight i hit the axle for the first time in three weeks

315 x 5/5/2

365 x 1

375 x 1

Tells me i should take more time off of the axle

also hit some blob50 lifts

Monday

Did some training for King Kong, (as close as I could get without the implements)

V-Bar

225 with each hand

Rolling Thunder

180 r, 185 left

IM hub

50 with each hand

One hand pinch

I just used two 45's, I got a couple successful lifts with my right, one with the left

After I did some blob 50 and fat handle db work
