John McCarter
Really haven't done a whole lot in terms of videos these last few month, just wanted to share a video I made the other night. This was before my actual grip workout began, this is a hard weight to actually hold onto, I managed to use nothing but my grip strength to get the weight up, but once the actual grip work began, after this video, I had to use my super squats hip belt to help get the weight up on this sucker. And just so everybody knows, they're six 45 lb plates each side, the weight of the plates are as follows (four are) 45.6 lbs, (one is) 44 lbs, and (the last one) 46 lbs which comes to a total of 272.4 lbs

This is a different type of grip machine altogether to train on.

One of my goals is to crush a potato! Not by digging my finger in it! I don't use any grip type of device! I do thick grip pull ups and isometric grip squeeze!
