king crusher
16. My cardio ran out I couldn't get my breath. After watching my video I realized I pulled the 16 reps pretty fast and should have went with a slightly slower tempo. It is a marathon after all and I'm used to sprints. I mpstly have been training heavy singles lately. I actually have never attempted more than 10 reps regardless of weight in my life. So considering that I'm happy with 16. I do feel I have 20 in my body though and if I try it again will mentally know what to expect having done this today. https://youtu.be/orC2VvqPOcU

3Crusher
Strong, and paused on the floor between reps, no bouncing, no bull**** reps. Great work! You will get there! If I can do 405x20 at 51 years old, so can you. Just do not try this more than once per week max! Once every two or three weeks is even better. They take alot out of you.

Lucasraymond
Does anyone deadlift without touching the ground, so standing on a small box and lower to roughly what would be ground height and re-pull with no loss of tension? I've tried this and very tasking on the lunges.

I've tried this and very tasking on the lunges. I used to do it bringing the bar down till it touched the top of my feet. The stretch reflex helped. I've tried this and very tasking on the lunges. I do deficits on a 5" step platform which also flexes a little making it even harder because you lose some drive into the floor as it moves a little. But I still bring it to ground level. I do what you're talking about sometimes just with 1-2 plates while warming up but that's it.
