Rrbt "bending Fun"

I am just starting the end of RRBT, and my hands are hurting pretty good. I've continued to bend throughout the program, but it's been tougher-and-tougher to stay motivated to make attempts each week, especially with the way my hands/palms feel from the grippers. Today, I thought I'd try a medley, hoping it'd fire me up a little.

DO - Red Nail (IMPs)

DU - ¼ x 7" Grade 8 (BBW)

Horseshoe - PL1 (thought it was a DC0)

I couldn't finish the PL1, so switched out a DC0 and took it down pretty easy. Even when I was bending shoes regularly, the PL1s I have are all mutants and it was 50-50 if I could finish one.

Thanks man. I've never been one who could "muscle" the bar, and have always had to get amped up if I were to be successful with some of the tougher stuff (especially 7" drill rod (485lb. + stuff).

Always impressive, Carl. It will be interesting to see what you accomplish when your hands are fully recovered, grippers and bending.

Thanks EJ! That was the one thing I always tried to work on from the very beginning.

Thanks Josh! I don't know if I will ever be recovered … thinking about starting KTA soon.
