Hello everybody,I decided to start up a journal to keep my progress.I will write exercises that I do ... grippers, wrist curls, etc...

Thanks! I'm still far from getting the #3 closed.

In the next workout I will try my new #3 from 2006 that is still in package.

Maybe the 2005 #3 that I'm trying to close is a hard #3.

Thank you! Why you don't write your journal?

I don't have a training routine per se, it's very sporadic at the moment and involves training round injuries along with post op shoulder rehab.

I'm slowly gaining strength and flexibility and gradually adding more exercises into the equation as strength and pain tolerate.

When I'm closer to 100% fitness and able to train with a reasonable amount of consistency then I may post something that might just about pass for a journal! ;)

Filip, I don't know if this will sound right, but I am honestly shocked that you are struggling with 60kg (132lb) in the RT. I mean, you are TNS'ing the #2.5 man !! I would've thought you were lifting more in it!! Just a thought, maybe it will encourage you to hit it hard next time!! :rock:rock
