Billy Jack
The guy seems to be a pretty high level athlete overall. Check out those hops: http://www.barchperformancecenter.com/index.html Congrats to him
Anthony C.
That's pretty badass.
Billy Jack
Yeah, quick google search also showed he held the vertical jump WR at one time. Not too many people can say they own that record and can CCS a 3.5. I bet the list stands at one, to be exact.
Chuck Hench
Holy cow. He must have a huge amount of fast twitch muscle fibers.
Mike Sharkey
The guy seems to be a pretty high level athlete overall. Check out those hops: http://www.barchperformancecenter.com/index.html Congrats to him I know the Soviets used a vertical jump in children as young as 8 and 9 as a predictor of their future ability to become Oly weightlifters. jvance
Dude is a beast. Monster athlete. Seen a vid of him getting about chin to rim and he's well under 6 foot. Whatever he's doing is working, must have an outstanding overall strength/athletic conditioning program!
Billy Jack
Holy cow. He must have a huge amount of fast twitch muscle fibers. That, and a 600+ front squat probably does not hurt either.
Geralt
Also, the little reminder in the text that he doesn't focus on 'partials' confirms why there are so few 3.5 coc's 😄 . We're doing it all wrong. Parallel sets are bad Mkay. Edited May 18, 2015 by Geralt
Evan Raftopoulos
The guy seems to be a pretty high level athlete overall. Check out those hops: http://www.barchperformancecenter.com/index.html Congrats to him wow, he could probably do the the 14 ft warped wall on ninja warrior with one step (it usually takes three). Also, the little reminder in the text that he doesn't focus on 'partials' confirms why there are so few 3.5 coc's . We're doing it all wrong. Rick Walker
Dude seems pretty busy living life. This forum would only be a distraction...Very presumptuousespecially since it would take him away from video games Dude is stronger than most on this forum. He got that way by doing his own thing his own way. He is a stay at home dad with 5 kids. He seems to have it together more than most. I would say if he wants to play video games to let off some stress, more power to him. Video games are far better entertainment than a forum full of drama and demands for video proof if you are the least bit strong... Think about it. Where are the Vigeants? Morton? Heslup? Holle? Mcgranahan? Terminator? 3Crusher? Doing other things. Some people just dont want forum drama in their lives.

Some of the strongest guys in the world post here incase you didn't notice them. For people who don't want to post on the GB but are still training and getting strong, more power to them, but that doesn't have anything to do with those that do post here.
Rick Walker
I guess I didnt notice them? Who are they? (Strongest men in the world who actively post) Oh and your still in diaper status at 2.5 years on this forum. 13 YEARS ago, things were much different.
