Be sure to do some Set Practice above the #3 as well. Especially Heavy Set Practice, like in CBT.

How did these feel? Six solid singles are usually about 80% or less. Nice bending as well.

barely got the last two reps to lockout but feelin good overall with this axle program.

2-7-14 sat Grip hogs day

had been a little sick just, an off day in general nothing felt good at the comp I missed all of my fourth attempts. Did better than expected at the pickaxe, I need to make one of those soon i think they will be in many contests. Of course a great time with a bunch of cool characters. Gonna start up CBT again try to get some damn gripper gains for NY throwdown ! Back at it monday

There's no way your hands were optimally rested for an accurate test dude. You did a lot of work on Saturday at GHD.

True and axle before hand was a bone head move also. Pretty good idea where i stand just curious as i havent tried a max in a while

Great job at the Grip Hogs man. I don't think those are your true gripper numbers. If I train thick bar like, 4 days before grippers, it STILL affects my gripper numbers. In your case, you did them in the same workout. Definitely skewed results. And same goes for vice versa. I've been doing thick bar after grippers in the same workout because I care less about it right now, and I don't really take the numbers to heart because I know my hands are already fried from the grippers.
