Did better than expected at the pickaxe, I need to make one of those soon i think they will be in many contests. Of course a great time with a bunch of cool characters. I don't think those are your true gripper numbers. If I train thick bar like, 4 days before grippers, it STILL affects my gripper numbers. In your case, you did them in the same workout. Definitely skewed results. And same goes for vice versa. I've been doing thick bar after grippers in the same workout because I care less about it right now, and I don't really take the numbers to heart because I know my hands are already fried from the grippers.
