What set do you use while you train with your grippers?

I use a CCS. But i think about switching to 20 mm block sets or GHP-Block sets.

I don't know what to say.

Today, after I reached a good grip strength I started to train with a wider set then a parallel one.

In my case the strength came up quick with the parallel set,but I dunno what would be my strength now if I have used a CCS all the time. :whacked

I also think that working 20mm works better than CCS setting. You're not working the hardest part of the sweep and you really need the overcrush. In the end CCS is just a hattrick that you must train when you have mastered a gripper. Note: read 'must' as 'can'. You must work what you feel that suits best of course.

Most of the stronger guys here work with the MMS.

Yes i belive the same. When you are strong enough you could slowely increase the Setting distance.

Thank you Thomas! But the problem with my right elbow is getting worse. I will see the doctor at noon. I think it is the beginning of a tennis elbow.

Thanks Burkhard, luckily it was only a slightly dislocated elbow. It is already feeling a lot better.

Good to hear! Be careful, grippers can be an elbow killer....

But i found out that the CCS is more stresfull for the elbow than the MMS. At least with the injury i had.
