No improvement yet,but it's a positive thing that now I can every time I train rep my easier n.3 with my left hand and my harder n.3 with my right hand. :)

Today my forearms and wrists are a kinda differently sore than usual,maybe because of the harder grippers I'm closing now.

So,I did just few levering with my 3kg sledge changing position of the hand on the handle for different exercises,but when I do overhead lifts the hand is on the bottom of the 84 cm handle. ;)

Yes Sir!I've used my hands a lot at my last work,so my strength was almost the same during all that period.

I'm glad that I can continue to train with my grippers from a good point.

Yesterday did push ups,biceps curls with dumbbell and plate,dumbbell and kettlebell wrist curls.

After that I've menaged to do some levering with sledge.

Tomorrow I hope I'll train with grippers and blockweights.

That's a relative short recovery period, specially since all those exercises hit the musclegroups for grippers. Interesting to see how other people train and recover.

At the moment the rest I take between trainings is enough,but when I see that my muscles and/or tendons are sore and I suffer or feel pain or anything I don't like while I'm closing grippers I do some changes(usually I take more time of rest), but I like to make experiments,because I still don't know what works best for me :huh:

Nope,I'd like to rate all my grippers but I don't have the way to do that,I have to try somehow soon.

I'm also very interested in where my grippers fit in the chart.

For us in Europe it's all just crazy expensive with all that shipping. Croatia I saw huh..beautiful place! Been to Istria and few years back to Zadar, big part downwards.

Peter, for me it's a problem to ship the grippers to Cannon because I don't work at the moment,so I don't have the money for the ratings and the shipping costs. :(

I need to do some homemade ratings that I will post,I hope asap ;)
