I just tried this thing out today and was wondering what is considered a good lift on this thing? I was getting some minor hovers with 70lbs in just weight so I figure a 100lbs is definitely possible for guys with a strong one hand pinch.-I don't have a strong pinch at all still can't lift my 45's at my gym- I know its not a very popular tool but I figure it could help my one hand pinch a little so wanted to know what a good lift to strive for would be.

I think my best is in the high 60s to full lock out.

That is strong I figure you would put up a decent weight though you have lifted the blob something I haven't done yet.

I was mainly doing some reps with a 45 lb plate which was ok and decided to try a 25 also and could barley break the floor. Hoping it can help with my goal of lifting the blob. I feel its easier then the hub and know one guy can do near 90lbs on it so figure a 100lbs on this should be doable for some of the guys with a strong pinch.

ya, I probably have more in me right now. That was a while ago before I could pick up the blob and I haven't been training it. I never do it fresh. Its usually later in my workouts. That high 60s pull was at the end of a group training session. It also makes a difference what version you have. My Brian has the older version which is super slick.

John Brookfield did 100lbs on the original. Not sure if it was his limit.

Also, read about Chris James doing some heavy lifts with it.... You can find that info on Ironmind's site in the search area.
