Awesome lift, and the bighorn lift as well! You should keep a log here man, I'd really enjoy seeing what kind of stuff you do in your training.

It looks like your thumb is bent back is that correct? I've never tried it like that. Nice rep work

I place my thumb like I would when I two-hand pinch. The fingers are still in claw style. Hope that description helps.

Alternate good trials are to pinch a 50 hub and see how far you can carry it, also I would stand on a line and see har far starting from the ground in one pull( no swing) throw 25 lb. hub.. Good fun.
