Jedd Johnson
I have been borrowing this 200-lb Kettlebell from a buddy of mine for about a year, and I decided to give it a try at Goblet Squatting it. While Swinging it is really no problem, making the transition to a Goblet Squat hold with this thing is just insane. I had to go with more of an atlas stone lift in order to get it as high as I could, and even then, the bell didn't end up very high. On the next try, I want to flip it over and see if going by the bell is any easier. Check it out:
JaredWith1R
TIL that a 200# KB exists and Jedd Johnson makes it look like 50#s. Looks like a tough transition, but I know you'll get it down within a few sessions. Heavy stuff, brother! Ninja edit: profanity self-filter. bencrush
That's beastly, Jedd!!! The goblet squat is an underrated exercise, in my opinion.

Jedd Johnson
I hit these again last night and decided to stop putting it on a pedistal. Hit it for 5, 3 and then 5 again.
