Pre-competition Workouts/training

Just tying to get some ideas of what some of you have tried or are currently doing as far as workouts/training/diet a few weeks out from an arm wrestling tournament? Or when do you start your pre-competition preparation?

A few weeks out most people are taking it pretty easy, maybe some light weights just to keep the blood flow in the muscles but most people don't do anything at all for the last week. Regarding the people who cut weight, most will just cut carbs out for a week or two (horrible idea) and the day before some dehydrate and do a sauna (even worse idea)..
