Ivarboneless Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 New and unique? Alright. These will help your roll tremendously but are often not considered "top roll exercises." Plate curls/plate wrist curls. Narrow (2" or so) 2HP for high reps. RT Wide variety of rising wrist exercises (as in thumb toward face) Swing a sledge hammer train in the strap They work.
