Rens
Hello, I will first introduce myself, my name is Rens. I am 20 years old and live in the Netherlands. Since a few days I discovered a new hobby ´bending metal´ I hope to learn more about gripp strenght and do some motivation on this forum. I am also a great fan of bodywheight excercises, I have made my own routine and do that three times a week. Here some pictures of my first three bends Left axle has a length of 200 mm and a diameter of 5,5 mm. (colled rolled steel) Right axle has a length of 150 mm and has the same diameter also (colled rolled steel) Yesterday I did buy some nails. Lengt 125 mm and diameter 5 mm. Damn that was verry though to bend. But did bend it :p Picture: Greetz, Rens

PeterSweden
If David Wigren or EJ Livesey says something, listen to them. Hey know their craft! They got me bending red nail in a few months after starting to bend.

Tim71
Welcome to a great hobby. Nails vary a ton so it would depend on the manufacturer. I've had galvanized nails that were over twice as hard as another brand of identical size..
