A few easy sets of something might help that little bit(& I mean miniscule) you need to nail this. Or at the least, provide a little active recovery. Have you tested you DO axle deadlift lately? I am curious. Hey Josh, for accessories I actually have a fbbc wrist roller coming in the mail I plan to use, plus I'm working the 1hp pretty hard, so I'm hoping those two will give me a boost. I haven't done axle in so long, but maybe I'll give it a go on Monday just to see how it goes.
