As a bonus if you have access starting doing rope climbs (no feet). +1 One exercise I really like is to do was one I found on Jim Bathurst's site (beastskills.com), a pause at the top for a count of 5, come all the way down, go up to 90 degrees elbow angle, pause 5 seconds, all the way down, then go to 135 degrees elbow angle, pause 5, all the way down. That's one rep. I liked this because it's impossible to cheat and I found it helpful when I wanted to progress to one arm eccentrics. Even doing 5 reps of this with bodyweight is quite challenging, I usually tried to do 3 reps or so weighted.
canthar
That's a good one. Another is 30sec top lock out and 30sec at 90. Once you can hold both with no shaking, do them in an "L" to work on extra strength for body control.
