These are the lifts/feats that will be included in the medley. Exact weights to be used for the variable weight lifts will be determined once I get a better sense of who will be attending. Competitors will each have three minutes to complete as many feats as possible. No limit to the number of attempts for each feat, and hands can be switched at the competitor’s discretion. Full lock out will not be required, but the judge will be looking for controlled lifts (i.e. no dropping).

Any competitors interested in trying to get certified on IronMind's Crushed to Dust Challenge will have a chance to do so on the 27th. Competitors will have the option to try prior to, or at the conclusion of, the contest.
