I've decided to start a log to document my progress back to my PRs as i go through physical therapy. I have 2 goals, conquer The Red Nail and The Blob. All of my efforts will be geared towards those goals. I plan on ising this log to hold myself accountable. My first real training session since injury will be tomorrow.

Bosco @110# holds, 30s, 15,15,15,10,5,5

45# hub plate Holds 5×5s:good hand

2 pistols each leg between everything

ROM work on bad hand, got a few hangs (2 handed of course) didnt want to over do anything so im done after i crush this front lever work im doin right now. Videos coming to a Gripboard near you this coming month.

Josh I've bent reds but its gonna be quite the long journey back to normal bro. Ill be lucky if i can bend a white nail right now lmao

Havrnt logged cuz i havent trained, work has been brutally busy so my exercise/grip work has come from lifting cabinets, hammering, drilling and prying. Second session of physical therapy tomorrow morning, then off to install some more kitchens for New York's filthy rich.

Pullups 7s×5r

Rowz DB+Manus grips 5×5,5,6,4,4 @50#

The Manna 40lb block of steel 3×10sec holds Left, 2tens plus a 5 holds right hand: 5 holds 10sec plus

Hub work 50lb holds LH: 4s×5sec RH 25lb 3s×5sec holds

Highlight of my day; I cant make a fist but I realized i can hold IMP's! Muahhahha!

Whats up fellas, ive been working like an animal the past week so i havent been able totrain as its so damn tiring. Ill be back to it once we finish this building, on the plus side, I got a raise and am leading the crew. Progress is progress; in the weight room or outside!

Nevermind the not training, decided to get off panzy ass and work out.

3/19/15:

Dips BW*3,6,10,10,8 Superset w/

Close pushups* 5,6,10,10

Grippers high reps to get the juices flowing again, LH trainer 20r×5

RH plastic POS gripper 20r×5

Sledge work; front and rear deadlifts both hands, followed by rotations(pro and sup).

Feelin good now off to the PS3 for some R&R.

First griprite 60d has been conquered, the bending bug has bitten, i missed that ouch bros! Sleep well fellas!

Reverse spiral 60d in imps (still pretty easy)

Undergrip rows 105#×10,10,10,9

DB rows with manus grips 45#6/6,6/5,6/6 super set w

Sledge hammer holds @ 96 inch lbs;

10 seconds×8 sets both hands

Hammer curls with manus 25# 6/6,6/6,6/6,7/6

Reverse curl drop set 55#×7,45#×7,35×8

Done. Work has normalized, no more 12 hour days, i made the deadline. Training will once again be consistent.

Sledge finger walks 2×6lbs each hand 1×8lbs each hand superset with

Hand yoga extensions 28/25,25/25,30/30. Heres a vid of the 8lb walks.

6"FBBC square in IMP's dead. Pretty painful as im still adjusting to bending again, but it feels great to be back at it. Vid up in the bending.

OH-presses and dumbell flys.

Block weight work holds on the left +singles with the right,Same with plate pinching right after. Finally got air under the 40lb block of metal (right hand) John Manna gave me. Pylled 2 25's also. This recovery is goin pretty good so far. Heres the vids!
