Just got back from a cruise ship vacation today, but I did bring my RT handle with me and used the dumbbells they had on the ship for weight to hang from a lanyard attached to my handle.

How long will you train before you try a Max again?

Hey Peter, if I do max out again it will probably be in a month, then September 19 is when the CTD challenge is scheduled for. So I basically have two months to get strong enough to lock out 90kg. I'll post the video of the attempt so you can see where I'm at.
