Thanks Mike, the 1rm calculator puts me at around 170lbs right now, I'll probably try a real max in a couple more week though.

Decided to start incorporating 1HP with the euro to build up my thumb strength for the RT. Going to be doing it once/week in between my RT workout days.

2x20

2x20

2x20

1x20

5x21
5x35
3x50
2x55
1x63
2x70
2x66

Total Volume: 875

I'm starting to plateau with the weight, I was going to do 1hp on my off days, but I think it was taking away from the RT. But I picked up the LGC handle and I'll be using that in place of one of my RT days since I won't be able to as heavy of weights that I use on the RT and it will serve as a "light" day, hopefully it carries over to the RT. And I was also thinking about doing 1HA too to serve a heavy day, we'll see. I'll try anything to reach the 200lb mark.

First workout with the LGC handle. It's challenging and I think it's just what I need to serve as a "light" day.

If you're plateauing, try dropping the volume and upping the intensity...just for a short cycle, I've found this works.

Thanks Mike, that's kinda what I'm leaning towards, except I'm going to have a strength day, reps 4-6, light/volume day reps 6-8, and then an intensity/low volume day reps 1-3. Hopefully it works, we'll see.

Decided to try and pull the RT from a deficit. I stacked bumper plates about 1' high and pulled, it gave me some more time under tension.
