added IM wrist reinforcer, loaded with 4kg,

5 sets of 10, both hands, starting vertical, to the right, back and to the left and back to starting position. Only movement is pronation and supination of wrist.

Great assistance exercise to the WD. Works awesome in stabilization.

Pff. Too hot over here...need to start coming week again. But not today haha

Btw have you considered doing other ranges for benching? Incline etc. I just tried a few workouts with that and I was surprised how weak I was in those ranges.

Yes, too hot. Kleddernat after! (Soaked)

I only have an El Cheapo flat bench. Still, gradually improving on this. Probably will be hitting a 100kg in a few cycles.

x+y+z meaning rack, take a few steps and breaths, and quickly back to it. Just to prevent a failure. As many times as needed.

Talked to Bob recently by PM, he's just busy with daily life and work. He hopes to do some training again soon, as the days get darker and the hands get stronger.

Haven't trained properly for almost two months... not good.

Picked up the pace a tad since sept. 8th,

starting with negatives on the extended handle elite (unrated), 5 singles

Overcrushes (LH) and TNS's (RH) with an IM2.5 and a filed IM2.5 (both unrated), 10 singles

and work sets with an unrated #3. 5 singles

Did the same on 09th, 10th and 11th sept.

Also picked up the WD2 again, this time the very stiff and heavy black spring.

Managed a few closes on lvl 12 (RHL) and lvl 9 (LHL) again today.

Slowly getting back.

Sq/Dl/Be/Presses I hope to start soon again, but at the moment unfortunately not.

Only WD2 and V2 with a black spring these days.

V2 going okay, WD2 starting to feel better again too.

Short term goal is lifting the 25kg blob L and R again, and then dominate them

Sq up to 5x5 at 110kg today, to 105 and 100 last week and week before.

I like the idea of 5x5 for squats. Gets me back to -for me- decent lifts quickly.

Grippers, 1, 2, 2.5 and 3. The 3 feels very heavy at the moment. Work to do.

Last few weeks lots and lots of reps on the abroller, mainly because my kids like that thing a lot and so we roll out together.

Hard to work to goals at the moment. Things going along and they go slow.

Well a lot changed ofcourse bro. Just try to keep training fun and remember for training grip you don't need to workout a lot. Your squats still sound good, i really need to find my squatgroove back. And your grippers will also get back soon enough man. I believe You never hit your potential right. There's more in you, ehm...red nail -cough- and with 3 1.5" blockset reps, a 3 cert would also be doable for you. So. Which is it going to be? :-)

Ah!!! nice to see some updates!!!
and, well, abroller is not a bad choice I'd say as something to do a lot on? why not, hits a lot of stuff, +if the kids like it, then all the better!!!

Also, strength on the grippers will come back to you quickly, especially as you are still on such a high level even now I'd say it will be even faster (but maybe more annoying?). For me I am kinda itching to go after the WD/188.8sq again...but, I sort of wanna keep on doing what I am doing now for my grippers and not add anything that I know usually will sort of de-rail my gripper-progress.... so, for me I'll try and stick to my plan... for now...

And, I agree with Geralt on that grip-stuff can be done with quite small amount of time, for me I've seem to have found that the best for me (at least now and the past few months) is to be doing grippers only twice a week and both those WO's sort of along the same lines, just adjusting a bit here and there in regards to how the hands are feeling but generally about the same amount of sets each WO just spread out over different areas of gripper-training/grippers.

Found setting goals very hard at the moment, due to personal stuff, BUT, there is light shining ahead and Ill be back stronger.  8-)
