doing Box Squats this week

225 x 5, 5, 5

240 x 5

Hypers 3 x 20 , 30lb dumbell pullovers 3 x 20

Worked on the 5 10's today

some work with 4 plates plus weight

and 5 10's with the bar coming through, forearms are pretty much fryed but managed to get it Righty with the bar coming through

Steve,

Blog looks good and should keep you motivated. Once you get serious on the 20 reppers you'll want to cut out the biking/running as your legs will never recover.

then did negatives 46BLOB, I seriously cant wait till It comes up to a full Deadlift , I realize that I just got to keep doing work with it so my hands get more used to

the wider shape of the 46 lb , its basically just like the BLOB50 I have feels and looks very wide, Im guessing the I also have to keep working the pinkie & ring because thats where I lack strenght and when it comes to wide pinch the last two really matter

Kb Snatch 212 for today

not bad shoulders felt decent maybe a bit too much after chest work but wanted to hit the 5000 + Kb snatch today , Im at 5018 at this point really felt it

felt really tired and unmotivated today, got the work set done though 325 felt really heavy the last rep was tough

Im guessing ill get stuck at about 340 lbs and will have to switch over to the x 3 for the work set or start hitting more singles to progress, also plan on adding good mornings and will focus on Front Squats as well

Workouts are looking great. I am impressed you can combine the deadlifts, squats, and running like that. Keep it up!

I really got carried away with the running and biking , gotta focus on what more important and stick to the Squat Deadlift, and other movements for now , the Deadlift is doing pretty good right now im happy with the progress

Mon

put my 2" adapters to good use, Rows & Bicep curls with thick bar is definately a great overall workout, theres a reason why Brooks Kubik tryes to use thick bar in everything you truly get a better workout

been drinking lots of water lately as well, seems like 6 12oz water bottles a day is the minimum when your lifting 4 - 5 a week

Great job on getting the #2.5 that close! That really is a hard gripper. I had a buddy who had closed a 146lb #3 that had a difficult time closing the #2.5 because it was wider.
