That a cool lift Dave, can you feel it in your grip trying to keep the handles together?

Nice job David. I can't say I've ever tried that one, but I think I might run up to the sporting goods store just to give it a go lol!

I was wondering the same thing Tom was about the grip. Is it taxing for the grip or not too bad; it it mostly overall strength required or strong hands too?

Thanks for checking it out Tom and Frank!

It's hard to say beings I just tried a few reps today,I believe it will with the initial pull.

Obviously the heavier the bells the more it will hit .

I will know tomorrow as I plan on giving these a trial in my training.

Plus how you grip will play a big factor, if you notice I get my hand under the handles alot.

The less you get the hands under putting the wrist into play the more I believe the grip will get hit.

Nice lift David. Looked easy.

I've never tried a press with two kettlebells, but I've done one arm swings with two 20kg(44lbs) kb's in one hand.

Those are definitely a good workout for the grip in my opinion. But mainly because of the width of the grip. For people with bigger hands than mine it should be easier.
